Our priority is to protect the safety and welfare of all our staff. In line with Government advice, our staff are currently working remotely from home, which allows us to make sure that there is no disruption to the services and support we provide.
We appreciate that for many clients, the current situation means a great deal of uncertainty and an undoubted period of economic downturn. Please be reassured that we remain available to provide the advice, assistance and support, if required.
Cashflow of course remains important but it is understandable that many of your clients and customers will be struggling financially at this time and it is likely that you will experience late payments and even the possibility of bad debts. We recommend, that wherever possible, you remain in contact with clients and customers to establish when payments will be made and if necessary, agree additional payment terms.
We remain on hand to help you with your relationship with your debtors and assist with the collection of outstanding invoices during this period, in a thoughtfully and sympathetic way.
In the first instance, we would encourage you to contact us by email so that we can process enquiries more effectively. However, if this is not possible please do phone.
As the situation surrounding COVID-19 continues to develop daily, at Debtcol, we are doing everything we can to ensure that we keep our staff safe while continuing to deliver the high quality, personal service you are used to.
Best wishes and importantly, KEEP SAFE
THE ENTIRE TEAM AT DEBTCOL
